2013 Upcoming Events:
~ March 11 - Our meeting will be held at Clay Arts Vegas for a demonstration of the wheel.
~ April 8 - Presenter James Henninger will present Encaustics.
~ May 13 - Carrie Bourdeau will present her altered art techniques, including altered books
The 2013 Las Vegas Artists Guild has many exciting plans for this coming year including many special events.
Among them are:
- Plein Air painting workshops
- Mother's Day Event booth
- Art in the Park booth
- Gallery showing in four locations throughout the valley
- Juried group show at CSN
- Wholefoods group shows:
The District on the first Saturday of the month,

Plein Aire Painting - April 7, 2013
We will be doing Plein Aire Painting- Let me correct that not only Painting- Photography- drawing- or just Getting together with a bunch of Artists!
Sunday April 7th- pack your Watercolors, Acrylics, Pastels, Cameras and get in your cars and drive to Valley of Fire- where we will meet for a day, enjoy the scenery, maybe take a hike- We will all meet up at Mouse's Tank, where they have covered Picnic Tables - a great area for photos and painting,yes they have bathrooms. All you have to bring is a packed lunch and drinks for the day! It get's hot- so bring a hat!
